Next Level Social & E-sport Platform

Tech Stack
Description
Next Level is a live, under-development product for Next Level Group Iraq. It is not just an e-sport page: it combines a social community experience with venue operations, event registration, tournament administration, chat, notifications, and progression mechanics.
The local codebase uses a React/Vite frontend backed by an Express and MongoDB API. The frontend is organized around product slices so auth, home feed, profiles, branches, events, tournaments, chat, notifications, stories, settings, and admin areas can grow without becoming one tangled UI folder.
The backend handles authentication, profiles, branches, bookings, posts, comments, follows, notifications, stories, chat, events, tournaments, games, team invites, and progression. Socket.IO supports real-time chat, call signaling, comment rooms, and presence-oriented behavior.
- Built social and community flows around profiles, follow relationships, posts, comments, stories, chat, and notification-ready events.
- Built e-sport event operations including registration, rules, participant management, attendance, pools, seeding, bracket previews, and tournament administration.
- Implemented branch and station data with availability summaries, coordinates, pricing, featured stations, and booking confirmation behavior.
- Connected bookings, happy-hour rules, social milestones, and tournament activity into XP progression and rank workflows.
- Supported deployment and IT concerns across Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Nginx, domains, hosting, access control, email systems, and backups.
